How come they are much more expensive than the other online bookstores. Take for example the following book by Amy Brown: Understanding Food - Principles and Preparation. It is more than double the price of the other stores. Surely this can't be right?

It is even difficult to justify one star. Their online service is poor and the staff handling the online complaints don't care. The product delivery service is also pathetic. The web store staff does not respect nor do they care for the customer utilising their online offering. Won't use them again!

Actually I think a one star rating is still too much! The last order I placed and paid for (R1600), did not arrive. I was told my payment had been received, but there would be a delay as one book was not in stock. Nothing further happened. All attempts to get a refund, even a reply to my queries, have been ignored. Not impressed at all - this is blatant theft.

I signed up to Fanatics club a while ago and paid but you guys never contacted me again.

Their prices are ridiculous! They also have horrible service at the store as well, with snotty brats to run the counter and pretenscious wanna-be literature snoots that pretend to know all about books and writing.
