Kalahari is a JOKE! You have been warned! Save your money!

Still waiting for a delivery that was due yesterday. Very unusual as Kalahari always deliver on time, but frustating none the least. Please keep to your delivery promises.

Placed an order on 5 Dec 2008 and paid the same day. Called Kalahari last week to confirm when delivery would be. I was told that one of the items was out of stock and would arrive by the 19th Dec - why they never notified me still remains a mystery! The fact they had my money and did not bother to notify me irks me tremendously. Yesterday afternoon I called to confirm delivery and was told it was due for the morning. I asked that it be delivered to an address in Oranjezicht, not Kenilworth as originally planned. I received a call that the driver could not make it to Oranjezicht by 5pm today and was asked if delivery could be to Kenilworth address between 8am - 10am. My plans changed and I in fact did not need to go into the office, so I called at 8:15am to request that the parcel be delivered to Oranjezicht. This was confirmed to be in order. I have had to cancel other plans. The driver called and said he would be there by 11am; I was due at a meeting at 10:30am. Some of the products I have on order are Xmas gifts, today is the 24th of December. Very disappointed in service & lack of response from call-centre & supervisors. I still await delivery, call and apology. Until such time, I doubt that I will be purchasing from them again.

I have ordered from Kalahari several times before, they have always had the best price, fastest availability and deliver within the time period stated with the product. An e-mail arrives to warn me when the delivery is going to take place so I can make sure someone is available to receive it. My only complaint is that they don't stock the latest releases.
