I think Take 2 is awesome! They assisted me with importing an educational toy for my grandson which was not available in SA. Prompt and efficient service at a reasonable price. I am very happy indeed.

I've placed at least 10 - 15 orders with these guys over the last 2 years and think their service is pretty good considering what you pay. Petrus - your credit card problem has nothing to do with the vendor, but rather your bank (probably the new online card verification that Mastercard and Visa brought out).

I wish I'd read Chants review before I bought from Take2 - bunch of kids in dark and grimy premises! They have absolutely no clue about customer service or running an e-commerce site. I waited over a month for a simple local order that was supposed to ship within 7 days. No status update emails, no apologies whatsoever. Refused to accommodate me by supplying a similar item that they had in stock because it was a few Rands more expensive. Definitely would not shop there again.

I have been ordering from Take2 for a few years now and so far I have not had any problems with their service.

Ordered various things from them in the past, and will continue to, their service and pricing is excellent!
